Jeniffer Murphy from Newfoundland has been charged of intentionally having sex with an soldier. Murphy is a HIV positive woman who has pleaded guilty against a sexual assault. Murphy pleaded not guilty // and expressed that she did not sexually assault any soldier.

Meanwhile the defence officials have asked its official to undergo medical tests if they have had sex with Ms. Murphy. The court verdict is expected on december 9th.
