Sadie Frost Takes a Swing on the Trapeze to Keep in Shape

Sadie Frost has taken up a rather strange hobby to help her keep fit.

The English designer and former actress recently revealed that she has taken to the trapeze to keep her slender figure intact .

'Trapeze is good for your confidence and amazing for your body but I also wanted to do something that pushed me,' the Daily Express quoted Frost, as saying.

Frost also claimed that she is no stranger to adventure sports and is a fan of pole dancing and rock climbing.

'Its so easy to get old if your life feels safe and comfortable. So I make myself go and do things I dont want to do,' she said.

Sadie, whos been linked with a string of much younger men, added that she also believes in keeping her mind in shape.

'I like listening to new music, reading new magazines, going to exhibitions to see new artists just constantly developing and learning. Otherwise youre uninspired, unexcited by life,' she said.
