Nothing Can Equate Fresh Vegetables and Fruits

Wheatgrass shots have recently become popular among people. The main reason is the belief that a shot of wheatgrass juice equates one kilo fresh vegetables. // But according to a popular magazine, the choice, it was found that there is little evidence to support it. In conclusion the Choice's study compared the nutritional value of wheatgrass juice along with 30 grams of cooked spinach. It was found that the latter had more nutritional value that the wheatgrass.
