New Mexico State Hospitals Information Website

New Mexico Hospitals and Health Systems Association has launched a hospital information website which helps the patients to look into the quality of treatment// offered by the hospital which would help them to take a decision of selecting the hospital for their treatment.

There are 35 State hospitals in the state and the website provides information about the number of patients visiting the hospital, specialization of the hospitals, number of different procedures done in each specialty, expertise of the hospitals and treatment procedures. The website is also planning to give information about the cost of each procedure given in these hospitals.

The Association feels that this new initiative will help the patients decide on their treatment and the hospital in which they wanted to have it and this would encourage the hospitals to maintain the quality of treatment to attract more patients.
