New Fertility Predictor Test Developed

The Sheffield University's researchers have developed a fertility predictor test, which enables women to find out as to whether their fertility is increasing or decreasing. This will be particularly useful to women who prefer to go in for late marriages. The best age for child bearing is// reported to be the twenties among women, according to Professor Bill Ledger of the Sheffield University. But the pressure of modern life is compelling most women in the west to postpone marriages and childbearing.

The test, called 'The Plan Ahead', works by measuring the number of eggs in a woman's ovaries and indicating what that level might be like in two years time. Experts believe it will help women decide how long they can delay trying for a baby. Critics are, however, skeptical about the test, pointing out that the lack of fertility can have complex causes, and serve to give people false assurances. This device may not work on all people, and it is always better to keep in mind that as a woman grows older, her fertility also declines.
