Milk Chocolate, Cinnamon, And Peppermint Scores Good For Brain

In Wheeling Jesuit University some researchers found that milk chocolate containing caffeine has been good for keeping brain alert, controls impulses// and having better reaction times.

Hence, chocolate lovers were found to have better cognitive abilities than others.

Adding value to the above study, an under graduate student, with the guidance of his Professer, Dr. Bryan Raudenbush, Wheeling Jesuit University has done recently a research, ‘Peppermint and cinnamon odors reduces fatigue and boosts alertness for long-run drivers’.

Thus correlating with the study ‘Milk chocolates makes the mind alert’, Ergro’s study also proved, stimulants in the spices like cinnamon and peppermint, stimulates the central nervous system.

Nutrients, stimulants and other substances in the day-to-day food items like milk, caffeine, cinnamon and peppermint, puts brain in a more alert and conscious state making way for excellent cognitive performance-especially for vehicle drivers who needs to be alert.
