Men Easy To Satisfy Than the Opposite Sex In Terms Of Physical Appearance

Men can be easily made to feel happy about the way he looks by just looking in to the mirror and if he feels or thinks he looks great he is convinced//.

Women on the other hand are very different what they feel is immaterial. It is difficult to satisfy them unless they are supplemented with actual results.

A 12 week study program about training the strength was conducted by Kathleen Martin Ginis, associate professor of kinesiology at McMaster University. The study included people from both the sexes within the age group of 18-29 years. All the participants were pursuing an inactive lifestyle.

The results were very astonishing, men did not bother about the number of pounds they shedded nor about the increase in muscles. What mattered to them was if they simply believed that their body looked fit and trim they were satisfied. Women were satisfied only if they could lift and work comfortably around with all the gym equipments.

On the whole the sexes were satisfied about the way they look, but for dissimilar reasons. Men were pleased about their body if they felt that the changes are clearly apparent.

Women were also contented with their body appearance not only by the perceived changes but also by the factual differences in the body.

Both the sexes shedded an intermediate amount of pounds establishing the fact that an hour’s work out everyday is ample to healthy and a trim body.
