Man Acquitted In Rape Case Due To Parasomnia (sleep disorder)

Canadian Men acquitted of a rape charge as he was suffering from Parasomnia, but the victim is not happy with the victim and is going to have her case against him in Canadian Supreme court. Jan Luedecke was said to have sex // with a woman after a party when they were both in a drunken state in the same sofa.

Jan Luedecke argued that he was not aware or could remember of the act. Parasomnia is a condition in which people do certain things without knowing what they are during and mostly do not remember their deed after they are awake from their sleep. Having sex without knowing is also a symptom of parasomnia, which occurs due to increased fatigue, stress, drugs and alcohol. Study shows that more than 2.5% adults suffer from parasomnia. Though, Luedecke has been acquitted he has to undergo medical tests and mental evaluation to prove that he is suffering from parasomnia.
