Mainpuri- First District in Uttar Pradesh to Impart Sex-Education to Girls

Mainpuri will be the first district in Uttar Pradesh to impart sex education to girl students of 70 junior high schools, officials said today. //

The state government had selected Mainpuri and Allahabad districts to start the sex education in which girls will be educated about the HIV/AIDS and other sex-related problems, they said.

Interactions and discussions will be held apart from distribution of study material to the students in the class, they added.
