Loose weight without that dreaded sweat

This comes as a Christmas gift for a large number of obese people who wish to loose weight and stay healthy. But the condition is minimum sweat to the body.//

The answer comes in the form of Harvey Simon, Harvard Medical School associate professor of medicine and founding member of the Harvard Cardiovascular Health Centre who has come up with a novel plan. It requires less of the strenuous exercises that most obese subjects dread and run away from.

According to him research proves that only certain types and amounts of exercise are needed for good health, and they are just improvements on everyday activities. He too was of the opinion that the only way to stay healthy was through intense aerobic exercise but now his views have changed and they are outlined in his new book.

The basic fundamental of his book is the explanation of light exercises and offers readers a system to track their activities and achieve their goals by using the “No Sweat Exercise Pyramid” and a point system.

It would appeal to many people and hope it works for them too.
