University of Calgary scientists have unearthed the secret to youthful looks as we age. Simply count your calories, and you will not need to// count the wrinkles!!!.

A study conducted on rats has revealed some important findings. The older rats were subjected to diet restrictions, which showed that there was only a 20 % loss of muscle mass and no loss of muscle function. Infact the older rats seemed to have very similar muscle mass of younger rats.
