If there's one band that Justin Timberlake is desperate to perform with, it would be British band Coldplay.

The Sexy Back singer insists that Coldplay are the 'modern Beatles', and that's why he would give an arm and a leg to duet with them.

And, even in the band Timberlake knows just who he wants to jam with - Gwyneth Paltrow's hubby Chris Martin.

"Coldplay are the modern Beatles, so I'd love to do a duet with them - especially Chris Martin," The Sun quoted him, as saying.

The singer, who is currently touring in Europe, got into an altercation with fans while in performing in Sweden.

The singer's patience was already stretched thin when a group of teenagers began taunting him while at Gothenburg's Hard Rock Cafe.

However, when they continued to do so at the Elite Plaza hotel where Timberlake was staying, he lost his cool, and let fly not only ping-pong bottles and strawberries at them, but also spit.

But Timberlake did manage to get over his ire, playing to a sell-out crowd the next day.
