Police in the UK are still searching for clues in the murder of the near who was killed during her break. Nurse Cheryl Moss was stabbed to death// behind St George's Hospital in Hornchurch, Essex on Thursday.

"Everyone assumes it's a man, but the reality is it... could be a woman," said Det Supt Dick Langley. "The chances are this person was hanging around for some time before this attack." He added that so far no CCTV footage had been recovered, but that certain items recovered from the area had been sent for forensics testing. Mrs Moss, who was an auxiliary nurse, could have been the victim of an unprovoked stranger attack, according to the police. They added that no weapon has been found and there was no evidence that this was a sexual attack. However, the murder has sent shockwaves in the hospital. "Everybody is upset... I am frightened really. We are asking for more security," said trainee nurse Imelda Distura. Ralph McCormack, head of Havering Primary Care Trust said that Mrs Moss was an ideal nurse and that her death had caused a lot of distress to the family. "Cheryl dedicated herself to the support and care of others. She's been working in health services support for the last 17 years," he said. She was very well respected and liked and known by her colleagues and had a great deal of admiration and respect from them. Clearly her loss will be a grave one."
