After studying the dietary details of about 7500, adults, researchers found that those who ate more of fruits, vegetables and grains were likely to consume a larger quantity of food than those who consumed rich food. The surprising bit was, despite consuming a lot of food, their calorie count was much less than those who ate richer food.
