Health, My cup of tea!

British researchers have raised a toast to tea and its proven benefits to health, which is as good as drinking water, if not better! After dissecting and analyzing data// on tea consumption, researchers say with conviction that four to five cups of tea a day is capable of preventing a potential heart attack.

The main ingredient responsible for tea’s stature is the presence of flavanoids, which are antioxidants known to offset cell damage. Tea is also known to strengthen bones and protect teeth from decay. This study on the benefits of tea also disproves the misconception that tea has a dehydrating effect.
