Hazards of anger in heart patients

With man's insatiable quest for urbanization or modernization, the Stress on human life has been increasing day by day.It is high time they pay attention to the adoption of a more healthy and peaceful life style.//This article is an eye-opener for those people with fragile hearts.Most of us get angry for trivial things which does not concern us.But this one moment of anger is sufficient enough to cause life threatning cardiac arrest in patients with heart disease by provoking an abnormal heart rhythm.

A device called " ICD-Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator" which is implanted in the chest, restores the normal rhythm of the heart by the release of an electric shock.The device can be used as a monitor to keep track of their emotional and physical states before an attack.While regular exercise is essential to maintain good health, physical over-activity can also be responsible for adding strain to an already weak heart, thereby provoking for an abnormal behaviour.Such patients with cardiac diseases may have to take up exercises provoking for an abnormal behaviour.Such patients with cardiac diseases may have to take up exercises strict supervision and caution.To put it in a nutshell, anger is one letter short of danger and with appropriate life style modification people would be able to tune their living to a perfect harmony with nature.
