Haryanas Health Services Budget Increased: Minister

Haryana Health Minister Kartar Devi today said government had increased the budget allocation for health services by 66 percent and education by 50 per cent this fiscal to implement various schemes in the areas. //

Disclosing this at a five-day yoga training camp, being conducted by Swami Ramdev for Physical Training Instructors (PTI), here, she said it was necessary to popularise yoga in view of our rich cultural heritage.

Describing the yoga training by Swami Ramdev as a revolutionary step, she urged the 8,000 middle and high school PTIs, attending the camp, to do their best in encouraging students to take to yoga.

Advocating a vegetarian diet for good health, Swami Ramdev said people should take green vegetables and wholesome pulses.
