The Adelaide Supreme Court jury is hearing the case of a HIV positive man who was diagnosed of HIV three years before and his accused of having unprotected sex with three of his girlfriend. Though he// was aware of his HIV status he did not inform his girlfriends that he has the virus and has also insisted on having sex with condom.

One of the three girls with whom he had unprotected sex is now found to have HIV virus. Infectious disease Physician Dr. David Gordon of Flinders Medical center has admitted he treated the man for HIV between 1999 to 2001. The jury heard the voice tape-recorded two years of the accused admitting that he had unprotected sex with his girlfriend although he was aware that unprotected sex passes the HIV to the other person.
