Fergie Used to Talk to a Basket When She was Hooked on Meth

Singer Fergie was so fazed-out when she was addicted to crystal methamphetamine addiction eight years ago, that she used to talk to a basket .

The Black Eyed Peas' singer revealed that she talked to the basket thinking someone was sitting inside it, and would come and catch her.

"I remember thinking somebody was inside of it, going to come and get me, so I was talking to the person who was crawling in the hamper, the New York Post quoted her, as saying.

The 32-year-old also stopped visiting clubs, for she wasnt attractive any more.

"There came a point when I didn't even want to go to clubs anymore because I wasn't attractive, she said.

Fergie even had problem in speaking properly.

My speech patterns were sentence fragments, she said.

The singers disappointment with the female trio band Wild Orchid, reportedly led her to the addiction.
