The lawyer, who is taking up the cause of four men whose lives took a turn for the worse after drug trials were conducted by the German company// TeGenero and medical research company Parexel, has received no replies from the companies involved. Martin Day, who is handling the case, has felt ignored after receiving no response to his repeated attempts to solicit information about the tests conducted at Northwick Park Hospital in Harrow, north-west London, last month.

Mr. Martin Day is representing the case for four of the six men who took part in the trial. The lawyer is pretty peeved at the lack of response from these companies, and is all set to move the courts to get them to respond.

Martin day said,"These guys have faced a terrible ordeal and the most significant thing for them is what their future is. So we were keen to get as much information as we could."

Mr Day, of Leigh Day Solicitors, sent communication nine times to the companies involved. “Despite that, one of them has point blank refused to meet with us and the other has simply avoided responding." he said.

Though the clients have been promised compensation, yet the trials could have long term health implications, and the least the companies could do is to respond to the negative outcome of their drug trails.
