None would deny the adrenaline rush at Disneyland Paris, though now, it appears to be caught unawares in the eye of the bird-flu storm//. Ruffled up, Disney land Paris is shrugging away the allegation of tucking away a dead swan. This is especially unwelcome news, as panic over bird flu is all over Europe.

The scare permeated in Disneyland after two unions, the French Democratic Workers Confederation and Workers’ Force, spotted a dead swan in the adventure park. The allegations were made by the trade unions, who accused managers of hiding the information, which will be a put off for potential visitors.

This allegation was refuted by Disney land managers very sternly. Though there was no proof that the bird had died because of bird flu, yet the report was aired on radio that created panic.

It is estimated that 12 million visitors, tour this resort annually. A spokesman from the resort felt that the birds that were dead were only a sparrow and pigeon, which had died a natural death. Disney land claims that this is just a gimmick by the trade unions to exert pressure on the management for wage hike.
