Demi Moore's sister-in-law has revealed that the star had a miscarriage in 2005 .

Pregnancy rumours have been hounding Moore and hubby Ashton Kutcher ever since they tied the knot in September 2005, and now Lesley Guynes has revealed to American magazine Star that the Ghost star did in fact become pregnant, but she lost the baby.

"I think Demi is getting too old to have kids of her own. Demi and Ashton have been trying (to have a child) for years. She had a miscarriage two years ago," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

Lesley Guynes, who is separated from Moore's half-brother Morgan, also revealed that the actress was helping her estranged hubby with the divorce so that she could have access to Lesley and Morgan's twin sons Cooper and Oliver.

Lesley and Morgan are fighting over custody of their kids. While she wants the twins to stay with her in Gerogia, he wants to bring them up in Los Angeles.

"Now she is trying to get her hands on my kids... I think there is some kind of co-dependency. Demi has been bankrolling Morgan so that she can stay involved with all his offspring and keep all of her little flock close. She's a piece of work," Guynes added.
