Cell phone users mostly could not balance its usage between office work and private life, as they feel that they are disturbed by their boss for instructions and work during evenings and weekends //when they are with their family members which interferes with their private life and during office hours they find the mobile phones and pagers ringing from their homes and friends leading to loss of office time and work concentration. Most of the people feel that work life can cause terrible problem to home life due to job related calls at home. Some people mostly switch off their mobile phones during the weekends or don’t give their cell phone numbers to their office to avoid disturbance of private life and extra work pressure. Even some corporate companies have the policy of not disturbing their employees by mobile phone after office hours. It is wise to avoid office work at home and private life at work and most of the study reports that mobile phones and pagers only increase tension and stresses life among family members
