Caffeine not really 'filtered' out of decaf coffee

Coffee buffs take note! Recent studies have unearthed enough evidence to show that the innocuous looking cup of de caffeinated coffee too could enough caffeine that causes a physical dependence on it. //Surely the name itself is no misnomer as it certainly does not contain as much caffeine as a regular cup of coffee.br>
In the studies conducted by Dr. Bruce A. Goldberger of the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville and his colleagues it was noted that most brands of de caffeinated coffee do have about 8.6 – 13.9mg of caffeine in a 16-ounce cup which is very minute in comparison to a strong brew of regular coffee which has an equivalent of about 188mg of caffeine per cup.br>
Goldberger warns that even this minute percentage of caffeine should not be brushed off lightly as it may trigger off unwanted complications in persons suffering from certain medical conditions. Therefore it is recommended on the basis of these reports and to keep tab on the excess calories that add on with every cup of coffee decaf coffee or not ,should be taken with caution if your doctor has warned to to stay away from the snare of that heady black potion which turns you on so. br>
