Bush asks for complete ban on Reproductive cloning

American President George W. Bush as called for complete banning on human cloning including embryonic stem cell research for cloning and as asked to reduce the medical // liability system; the President is in all praise for the change in culture among the American people which has reduced the number of abortions and teen births.

President Bush on its talk as urged the congress to approve a complete ban on human reproductive cloning as there six pending bills on human cloning and embryonic stem cells he as asked an unconditional ban on buying and selling of human embryos. He has urged that there as to be a change in medical liability system and these reforms as to be done immediately or it would lead the obstetricians and gynecologists in the country to leave their practice and could cause an acute shortage of doctors and an increase in health care cost. Bush as expressed happiness over the decrease in number of abortions and teen births due to an improved social culture and increase in abstinence education and adoption.
