Briton tourists warned of Bird flu threat in Turkey

Spread of H5N1 bird flu strain in Turkey had led to researchers warning British tourists to keep away from turkey this summer to avoid spread of bird flu virus into Britain. Despite these warnings of a possible spread of bird flu tourists are booking holidays in Turkish resorts.// The Association of British Travel Agents had reported that the tourist season to Turkey is as usual and people seem to be not afraid of bird flu threat. The tour promoters are not restricting tourist booking as they feel there is no immediate threat of bird flu. The UK officials are not restricting Britons traveling to Turkey but they want the tourists to stay away from animal market.
