'Aids' Nurses Trailed Again In Tripoli Court

For the crime, of infecting 400 Libyan children with AIDS, five Bulgarian Nurses and a Palestinian doctor were trailed for the third session //in the Court of Appellations in Tripoli.

Lawyers team of the 5 nurses argued that what hospital aids made the outbreak possible since all the instruments diagnosed have given negative results. But the Libyan authorities refused that outbreak was made by them knowingly.

Re-assessment of the hospital aids needs more importance because it also concerns on the technology used for disease spread.

Libyan people who were supposed to be submitted to the court as witnesses have never been summoned to the witness stand - Bulgarian defence says.

Nurses felt guilty for the trail of infecting children’s with HIV virus after that the high court judge revoked their death sentences with a retrail.
