The research has found that adrenaline is a natural chemical released through invigorating physical activities that increases the heart-rate. Adrenaline also helps in dilating the blood vessels. This hormone released helps in coping up with unexpected and dangerous situations. Maybe that is the reason why the avid sports risk takers and thrill seekers dare to participate in extreme sports activities, to get that adrenaline pumping.
