A Healthy Partnership in the Pilbara

It has been a united effort from the Western Australian Government and BHP Billiton who have pooled in nearly $7 million to improve health services //in the Pilbara, spread over a six year time frame.

This coalition will seek to institute a post-natal depression support service in Newman. The Port Hedland Hospital will also see a new emergency medicine specialist.

While confirming that the construction of the hospital will begin in the following year Western Australian Health Minister Jim McGinty said,
