John Cacioppo and researchers have found that the habit of being lonely is genetically programmed and it runs in to families making it a genetic character. Researchers also have found that lonely people should join a group which has more social character people in it.//

Researchers conducted survey in 8,000 pairs of twins and found that 50 percent shared similar characteristics of loneliness and they found that loneliness is not related to health, wealth, physical appearance and place of living it is mostly gene regulated and this character may be very dangerous which could lead to psychological stress, sleeping disorders, heart attacks and blood pressure.

Lonely people mostly have the sense of not feeling important and depressed it is very necessary for them to have friendship with people who are more social character as it would help them to learn how to be social and have friendship with others.
