Silver Life Fitness is a progressive fitness and educational program tailored to active older adults. Offered free of charge to Physicians Health Choice members, this program is dedicated to improving the quality of life by providing a total wellness approach geared to healthy living. The program includes aerobic, strength, coordination, endurance and flexibility classes led by trained instructors. In addition, certain locations may offer exercise equipment and other group activities.

Physicians Health Choice is a Medicare Advantage Organization that is contracted with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide health plans to Medicare-eligible individuals.
