The Sports Club/LA and Reebok Sports Club/NY Team Up With LinkedIn to Host a Series of Networking Events Strengthening Career and Well-Being

LinkedIn to Provide Networking Tips In-Person at Six Club Health Club Locations in June

BOSTON, June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Premier health clubs, The Sports Club/LA and Reebok Sports Club/NY, operated by Millennium Partners Sports Club Management, have teamed up with leading business social networking site LinkedIn for a series of in-person events designed to strengthen job prospects and health. The educational and social events called the "Networkout Series" will be hosted during June at five different locations of The Sports Club/LA, as well as Reebok Sports Club/NY.

"We are excited to work with LinkedIn to offer networking events to our Members that will tie the relevance of career and physical health together during this challenging economy," said Teresa Coffey-Gordon, Vice President of Marketing at The Sports Club/LA and Reebok Sports Club/NY. "The Sports Club/LA and Reebok Sports Club/NY not only provide Members with a place to achieve their fitness goals, but also with a social outlet. This "Networkout Series" is a natural extension of the unique atmosphere our clubs offer."

The "Networkout Series" will be supported via advertising on both LinkedIn's website and through in-club and email marketing at The Sports Club/LA and Reebok Sports Club/NY. The innovative campaign will culminate in three-hour social networking events in Boston, New York, Miami, Washington, D.C. and San Francisco in which LinkedIn will provide motivational, interviewing and resume building experts, while The Sports Club/LA and Reebok Sports Club/NY will provide health and fitness recommendations from experts including a Life Coach and yoga instructors. A period of dynamic interactive networking for the 150 expected guests will follow these presentations.
