Patients noted that the skin treated with Ulthera was firmer and more lifted immediately after the session. This improvement in tone and lift of the face continued to increase over the next few weeks. There was also significant brow lift of the treated side, resulting in a refreshed appearance for the eyes. Patients with fine lines under the eyes also noted that their lines are diminished and the eyes looked more "open" and awake. Recommended follow-up treatments every six months to a year are dependent on individual demands.
