SecureWorks, Inc. Streamlines the PCI AOC and FFIEC ITO Self-Assessment Questionnaire Processes with Predefined Assessment Programs and Affiliate Compliance Summary Reports
Date:9/16/2009

ATLANTA and LONDON, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- SecureWorks(R), a leading, global provider of security services, is streamlining the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Attestation of Compliance (AOC) and FFIEC Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) Self-Assessment Questionnaire processes with Predefined Assessment Programs. These programs are preconfigured with assessment questions based on the PCI and FFIEC guidelines. An organization's affiliates (vendors, partners, internal departments, and service providers) are then rated in accordance with their compliance with these regulations.

The Predefined Assessment Programs reduce the workload of an organization because the research, documentation and analysis required to draft the appropriate questions and rate the affiliate's compliance has already been done. SecureWorks has also developed online Affiliate Compliance Summary Reports which instantly give the overall compliance status of an organization's affiliates.

SecureWorks provides security for approximately 2,600 clients worldwide including four of the Fortune 10. These new initiatives are part of SecureWorks' Compliance Central Service. Compliance Central helps organizations manage the security and compliance risks associated with their affiliate relationships.

In addition to having access to Predefined Assessment Programs for the PCI and FFIEC Self-Assessment Questionnaires, clients of Compliance Central can also easily develop and administer self-assessment questionnaires for CIP, HIPAA, SOX and other regulatory mandates. In the fourth quarter, a Predefined Assessment Program will be available for the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) standards to streamline the vendor due diligence process for credit unions.

The new Affiliate Compliance Summary reports enable clients, from one portal view, to retrieve reports summarizing the compliance st
