Taylor is an industry veteran with extensive experience in developing and marketing disposable medical, diagnostic, and laboratory research products for the global life sciences market, and is a recognized authority on practices and trends in the medical device sector.

In 2007, Taylor was selected to travel with Massachusetts Governor Patrick for the Life Sciences and Clean Energy Trade Mission to China.
