A unique online personal fitness training site called Muscle and Fitness Trainer has launched several new features to help its members reach their fitness objectives. The site now offers a Transformation Challenge, an iPhone application and a Motivate Me feature.


(PRWEB) January 27, 2010 -- Muscle and Fitness Trainer Web site is pleased to announce three new developments to help people take better advantage of its online personal training service—the Transformation Challenge, an iPhone application and a Motivate Me feature.

“We are excited about these latest additions to our site because they make it easier and faster for members to achieve their fitness training goals,” says James Card, CTO of Muscle and Fitness Trainer.

The Transformation Challenge is designed to motivate people to start the New Year with a strong focus on adhering to an effective fitness training plan. The challenge allows premium members to compete for prizes by simply following a workout program each month. Here’s how it works:

 
  • Participating members complete their monthly fitness training program, upload their before and after picture, and submit a brief explanation of how they achieved their results.
  • Members can compete in five lifestyle categories: His, Hers, Hardcore, Sports Specific and Over 50.
  • Each month, there’ll be five winners, who will be featured in an article about their transformation.
