Innovative site allows members to check claims status, rate doctors and

PORTLAND, Ore., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Regence's innovative Web site that allows members to check claims status, leave feedback for their doctor and earn gift certificates for participating in healthy activities was named Outstanding Web site in the Health Care Industry division of the Web Marketing Association Web Awards.
More than 2,400 Web sites representing 47 countries in 96 categories entered the contest with each site being scored in seven categories. Regence's Web site, myRegence.com, scored a 64.5 out of a possible 70 points. Sites were judged by a panel of independent Internet experts.
One judge wrote: "10's across the board! I enjoyed the layout, design and found the site very easy to navigate and interactive. The videos were superb and well done. GREAT WORK!"
