Snow Jr. is scheduled to deliver the Keynote Luncheon Address to the American Enterprise Institute's health care conference entitled, "Can Health IT Improve Care?" on Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at 12:30 p.m.

Through the stimulus package, $19 billion of new federal funding will be directed at expanding the use of health information technology.
