("ILKZ") (the "Company") announced that, effective as of the beginning of trading today, November 26, 2007, the Company has changed its name to "China YCT International Group, Inc." and began trading under its new symbol (OTC Bulletin Board: CYIG). In addition, the Company announced a 1:28 reverse split of its outstanding common shares also effective as of November 26, 2007.
Holders of shares representing a majority of the voting power of the Company have given their written consent to a resolution approving these actions, and an amendment of the Articles of Incorporation to this effect was filed with the Delaware Secretary of State.
China YCT International Group, Inc., through its operating subsidiary, Shandong Spring Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ("Shandong Spring"), a corporation organized under the laws of the People's Republic of China, is engaged in the business of the distribution of gingko-based health and beauty products.
