support to third-party payors and physicians to ensure better patient

outcomes.

The inVentiv Patient Outcomes segment is led by Ed Mitzen, who serves as President of the segment and oversees The Therapeutics Institute, Adheris and The Franklin Group. Mr. Mitzen reports to Terrell Herring, Chief Operating Officer of inVentiv Health. Prior to this role, Mr. Mitzen founded and led two other inVentiv Health companies, CHS and Palio Communications, and served as a Group President in the inVentiv Communications division. Additional leadership for inVentiv Patient Outcomes is provided by Dr. Rick Richards, founder and CEO of AWAC, who also reports to Mr. Herring.

"Across inVentiv Health, most of the services we provide occur before the physician writes the prescription. inVentiv Patient Outcomes is distinct because our focus is on what happens after the prescription is written. We see a significant opportunity to partner with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacists and payors to help patients get the most from their therapy and ultimately achieve better health," said Mr. Mitzen.

inVentiv Health will be reporting its financials results in four reporting segments beginning with the third quarter 2007.
