Date:3/27/2013

Brooklyn, NY (PRWEB) March 27, 2013

ICM Trading, offering clients a choice of leading edge platforms, has launched ActFx automated trading. ActFx is a scripting language for automated trading programs that plug into ICM's ActTrader software. It is based on Pascal language, although there are some structural differences and some new functions and procedures.

Traders can write an ActFx automated program and back test it in their free practice account. Traders can also let it run and see how it performs in real-time. Some of the advantages of ActFx automated trading accounts are getting access to automated trading programs, customizable interface, free charting and analysis to name a few.

ICM Trading offers investors online trading in all major currencies, indices and commodities as well as the tightest fixed spreads in the industry and the lowest margin requirements. It offers clients the choice of leading edge trading platforms that includes ActTrader and MetaTrader4. These platforms support a broad array of trading products for both desktop and mobile trading.

It also offers traders with automated trading facility. Automated trading means trading that is done by a computer program, including order placement and trade execution. ICM is a leader in automated trading services and technology. ActTrader offers a 10,000 currency unit lot size for Forex products. Stock Market Indices, Gold, Silver and crude oil are equal to about 1/5th the size of e-mini contracts on the futures exchanges. MetaTrader offers 100,000 currency unit lot sizes. Smaller lot sizes can be traded by using fractional lots. Stock Market Indices, gold, silver and crude oil are of equal contract size to e-mini contracts on the futures exchanges.
