Heartland Information Services Again Improves in Customer Satisfaction

TOLEDO, Ohio, July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Heartland Information Services (www.heartlandis.com), headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, has raised its overall score in the KLAS((TM)) 2009 Mid-Term Performance Review for Software and Professional Services. Heartland's score, which is based on customer surveys, has increased each year since 2006. In addition, Heartland ranked second out of 12 ranked outsourced transcription companies in the KLAS 2008 Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards: Software and Professional Services report.

Both the Mid-Term and Top 20 reports are published by the independent healthcare research firm KLAS (www.KLASresearch.com). The Mid-Term report offers a summary of performance data collected from healthcare professionals regarding healthcare technology software and service vendors.
