Interactive features include:

  • Personalized e-cards for readers to send their friends and families encouraging them to get screened or quit smoking. New e-cards are added each month to correspond with monthly National Health Observances.
  • Daily health news headlines delivered to your e-mailboxes or from an RSS feed.

  • Online Flash tutorials, including one specifically designed for librarians.
  • Podcasts and videos covering topics like HIV, smoking, and women's health.
  • Personal health tools like activity and menu planners and health calculators that make keeping up with health and wellness fun and easy.
