GetWellNetwork Introduces Discharge Planning Tools in Latest Version of PatientLife System

  • Enhanced Usability and Reporting -- Offering improved usability, utilization and reporting capabilities, Pathways in PLS 3.5 now deliver on-screen prompts that are more visually engaging and less intrusive. A new set of custom reports provide staff with a more granular view of the care process, system utilization and operational efficiencies. Additionally, the Fall Prevention Pathway features new components to address key National Patient Safety Goals by engaging patients in fall prevention education and by increasing awareness of the risks and precautions that can be taken to avoid falls.
