FidoDogTreats.com, an e-commerce company specializing in healthy and natural dog treats announced today the official launch of its veterinarian directory. The veterinarian directory is a free tool for pet owners looking for a qualified veterinarian. All licensed U.S. veterinarians may list their practice in the directory free of charge.

Jackson, MI (Vocus) August 18, 2009 -- FidoDogTreats.com, an e-commerce company specializing in healthy and natural dog treats announced today the official launch of its veterinarian directory. The veterinarian directory is a free tool for pet owners looking for a qualified veterinarian. All licensed U.S. veterinarians may list their practice in the directory free of charge.

"When we began the planning and development of this website we decided that we wanted to offer great resources to our customers in addition to the best quality products," said David Hesano of FidoDogTreats.com. "We looked around quite a bit and didn't find very many veterinarian directories we thought were very useful," Hesano explained. The FidoDogTreats.com directory allows U.S. licensed veterinarians to add their practice to the directory free of charge. Directory listings include the veterinarian's practice name, contact information, and a web link. Additionally, FidoDogTreats.com users can create accounts, post reviews and rate veterinarians.

FidoDogTreats.com also offers a dog treat recipe book which contains instructions and ingredients for several recipes for nutritious homemade dog treats as well as an informative news section with original and informative articles about dog health and nutrition.
