Prior to joining Medtronic, he spent almost four years with the public accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. McCormick earned his M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and his B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
