ATLANTA, July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadspire, a Crawford Company and leading third party administrator of workers' compensation and liability claims and medical management services, has announced an agreement to deliver Crawford Care Management services on behalf of Horizon Health, a nationally recognized employee assistance provider (EAP).

Crawford Care, which has on-site care managers who provide a wide variety of services to help the elderly and those with special needs live as independently as possible, enhances the already impressive lineup of services provided by Horizon. Those services include telephonic counseling and referral services to help clients' employees balance family issues and professional responsibilities.
