eWorld Companies, Inc. Establishes Strategic Alliance With Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eWorld Companies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EWRL) announced today that its operating subsidiary eWorld Entertainment, Inc. has entered into a long-term strategic alliance with the Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California ("HFSC"). Under the terms of the agreement, eWorld and HFSC will engage in a series of cross-promotional activities in which eWorld will promote and advertise HFSC and its events and activities on its Boomerang Media Station, and HFSC will promote eWorld and its technologies, including PlayTV and the Boomerang Media Station, at its events and on its website. The two companies will also be represented and promoted at each other's events, and will work together to explore additional ways to promote one another's activities through both individual and joint events, contacts and activities.

The mission of the HFSC is to improve the quality of life and build community for families living with hemophilia or other bleeding disorders by (1) offering a variety of programs and services that educate, advocate and support the needs of the bleeding disorders community, (2) informing the general public and government entities about hemophilia and other bleeding disorders, and (3) supporting medical research seeking improved treatments, and ultimately, a cure for hemophilia and associated complications

Henning Morales, CEO of eWorld Companies, Inc. commented, "We are very pleased to announce this strategic alliance with the Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California. eWorld is strongly committed to supporting charitable organizations and we are very impressed with the both the nature and quality of HFSC's wide-ranging programs for the victims and families of those suffering from this disorder. Both eWorld and HFSC have deep roots in the Southern California community, which we feel makes this alliance a 'natural' and provides us with a tremendous opportunity to make a real difference in the well-being of a large number of people. eWorld will also benefit from the massive exposure it will receive through HFSC, which we expect will help us more quickly reach our initial goal of one million free downloads of our Boomerang Media Station by fourth quarter 2008".
