eWorld Companies, Inc. Establishes Strategic Alliance With Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eWorld Companies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EWRL) announced today that its operating subsidiary eWorld Entertainment, Inc. has entered into a long-term strategic alliance with the Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California ("HFSC"). Under the terms of the agreement, eWorld and HFSC will engage in a series of cross-promotional activities in which eWorld will promote and advertise HFSC and its events and activities on its Boomerang Media Station, and HFSC will promote eWorld and its technologies, including PlayTV and the Boomerang Media Station, at its events and on its website. The two companies will also be represented and promoted at each other's events, and will work together to explore additional ways to promote one another's activities through both individual and joint events, contacts and activities.

The mission of the HFSC is to improve the quality of life and build community for families living with hemophilia or other bleeding disorders by (1) offering a variety of programs and services that educate, advocate and support the needs of the bleeding disorders community, (2) informing the general public and government entities about hemophilia and other bleeding disorders, and (3) supporting medical research seeking improved treatments, and ultimately, a cure for hemophilia and associated complications
