Online health and wellness leader eMindful is launching live, interactive yoga classes. As a special promotion eMindful is offering unlimited classes for the month of August for seventy-five dollars. Kelley McCabe Ruff, founder and CEO of eMindful, explains why yoga has been added to the company's online health curriculum, "Yoga incorporates a combination of practices that create flexibility for mind and body. The daily, live yoga classes are held every morning 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. These are all-level, interactive classes which offer an opportunity to ask questions and get personalized instruction. Every class is put into an online archive which lets participants replay any class to meet their own schedule. There are several unique advantages to online yoga. First, participants get to take yoga classes from nationally renowned teachers located across the United States. Second, re-playable archives provide a method for students to take (or retake) a yoga class any time of day. People who spend much of their day at a computer can use the classes to stretch.
