Online health and wellness leader eMindful is launching live, interactive yoga classes. As a special promotion eMindful is offering unlimited classes for the month of August for seventy-five dollars. The daily, live yoga classes are held every morning 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. These are all-level, interactive classes which offer an opportunity to ask questions and get personalized instruction. Every class is put into an online archive which lets participants replay any class to meet their own schedule. There are several unique advantages to online yoga. First, participants get to take yoga classes from nationally renowned teachers located across the United States.
