PETERSBURG, Fla., April 7 /PRNewswire/ -- eMed-ID, the world's first medical identification franchise providing consumers with a personal USB device that will expedite emergency responders treatment of trauma victims or those unable to communicate, is rapidly expanding its national footprint with today's announcement that the Tampa Bay market is now open for franchise sales. Qualified franchisees can purchase the home-based franchise for a total investment of less than $10,000.

eMed-ID offers immediate access to confidential medical information that helps consumers avoid life-threatening delays in treatment, medical or surgical complications, allergic reactions and medication errors.
